Abstract
The so-called spontaneous ventriculostomies are usually herniated suprapineal recesses of the posterior third ventricle in obstructing hydrocephalus. Recently we have experienced a case of spontaneous ventriculostomy which is confirmed fourth ventricle tumor with conray ventriculogram and C-T scan. This case will be wait neurosurgical operation but immediatedly her increased intracranial symptoms are subsided. We noticed spontaneous ventriculostomy through the suprapineal recesses of posterior third ventricle with repeated conray ventriculogram.
